I am excited to share the latest episode of our podcast with you. This week, I had the pleasure of speaking with Casey Ames from Boise, Idaho. Casey shared his inspiring journey of starting from wholesaling and building a successful business in luxury builds, commercial builds, and even apartment complexes and more.

Mentorship is key Casey emphasized the importance of having a mentor and meeting with them regularly to ensure you are headed in the right direction. Having someone with more experience and knowledge to guide you can make all the difference in your success.
Lead with a service perspective Casey stressed the importance of focusing on serving others and finding solutions to their problems, rather than just focusing on making money. By leading with a service perspective, you can build trust and confidence with your clients and ultimately achieve more success in your business.
Everything is on the table Casey reminded us that when it comes to wholesaling, everything is on the table. From single-family residences to apartment buildings and even weights sold on Amazon, there are endless opportunities to succeed in this industry.
